Q. Can I replace the Absoflat Ball?
A. Yes. The Absoflat ball is very durable and is designed for commercial use. The specially designed and patented Absoflat ball is nearly four times the thickness of a regular exercise ball and should last for years. If you should ever need to replace the Absolftat Ball they are available and simple to replace.
Q. Is The Absoflat Core Fitness Trainer easy to assemble?
A. Yes. No tools required. The assembly time is about 10 minutes and can easily be done by one person using the supplied allen wrench. Once all parts are securely together, inflate the Absoflat ball with the supplied easy to use foot pump.
